With complete alignment with our highest good of intention, our wishes may be granted, thus our strong desire to Heal manifest.

2. Use Affirmations

These affirmations that support your Powerful Intentions and will deter you from self-sabotage and distractions. Every morning, or any time of day for that matter 😉, repeat some positive affirmations to yourself so you continue receiving these high vibrational Energy of the Universe and stay aligned with your set of highest Intention.

3. Take Ownership & Focus on Gratitude

It is easy to get caught up in remorse, anger, and frustration about the injustice in the world. Injustice that have caused you harm. But, beloved, you have taken your first step, you have taken Responsibility in Healing your soul wounds so you can step into your Ascension Journey with NOTHING holding you back anymore. So let go of focusing on the bad things, feel into this and speak to yourself 3 things you are grateful for every morning and evening. These are the Blessings the Universe is sending to you, Beloved. Be Grateful.
